Dispatch and delivery will only be made to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Shipping products

The ordered products are shipped by Swiss Post. By default, the packages are sent as PostPac Priority. As an option, shipment can be made by Express (SwissPost Express Mond) at separate conditions.

Prices for packaging and shipping
PostPac Priority: CHF 9.90 per parcel
SwissPost Express Moon: CHF 28.00 per parcel

PostPac Priority delivery times: for orders received before 12:00 the delivery time is 1-2 working days, for orders received after 12:00 the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

SwissPost Express Mond delivery times: orders received before 14:00 hrs will be delivered the next day (except Sunday), orders received after 14:00 hrs will be delivered the day after next (except Sunday). Express orders on Saturday can only be placed until 11:00 a.m., delivery takes place on the following Monday.

Collection from the Balloon Box in Steinhausen, ZG

It is possible to collect the products you have ordered directly from Balloon Box in Steinhausen. When collecting the products, the costs for packaging and shipping are waived. Please note the earliest possible collection time, which will be given to you when you complete your order. This will ensure that your goods are ready for collection.

Delivery balloon gas cylinders

Camion delivery

Delivery will be made by PanGas by lorry to the address you specify. As far as possible, on the date you specify. If the desired date is not possible, the Service Centre will contact you after your order. Delivery and collection takes place Monday to Friday. You must also specify the desired collection date when placing your order. The delivery will be made during the day and must be received. Therefore, have the gas delivered to an address where someone can be found throughout the day. When collecting the cylinders, they should again be handed over personally to the driver. This is the only way to safely avoid loss.

Collection from a Gas & More store

You are welcome to collect the balloon gas cylinders you have ordered free of charge from one of over 30 Gas & More stations in Switzerland. The collection can take place during the regular opening hours of the stations. You will find a list of the pick-up stations at the bottom of this page.
The return can be made at any Gas & More station. Depositing the cylinder in front of or at the retailer without returning it to a member of staff in person may result in the gas cylinder being charged.
